- Leg Length for Male is Minimum: 99 cms and Maximum – 120 cms
- Thigh Length for Male is Maximum: 96 cms
For Female:
- Minimum Height – 162.5 cms
- Sitting Height – Minimum: 81.5 cms, Maximum – 96 cms
- Weight Requirement – Weight and height should be proportionate.
- Leg Length – Minimum: 99 cms, Maximum – 120 cms

AFCAT Physical and Medical Standards 2021
Candidates are encouraged to be physically fit upon reporting for the SSB in order to pass the AFSB exams.
- Candidates must aim to achieve an ability to run 01 miles (1.6 km) in 10 mins, do 10 pushups, and 03 chin-ups.
