In the case that two or more applicants score the same in the AP EAMCET 2021 exam, the officials will use the following tie-breaking rule:
- Priority will be given to candidates who scored well in the mathematics part.
- If a tie still exists, the candidate with the higher Physics score will be put higher on the merit list.
- Candidates with a high percentage of marks in the qualifying exam will be given priority if there is a persistent tie after the above two steps.
- In the event of a tie after applying all of the above requirements, the candidate with the higher age shall be given priority.
