CBSE Board Exam Dates for Class 10 and 12 Declared!!!

As per the CBSE exam datasheet, the CBSE Board exam dates for class 10 and class 12 has been declared on December 23. It is stated that the exam for class 12 will commence from February 15 and end on April 13 while for class 10 the exam would begin on February 21 and end on March 29. CBSE Board Exams 2019 for core subjects will start in February and the CBSE results are expected to be released in the first week of June 2019.

CBSE offers various combinations in academics for class 10 and 12. This year candidates have chosen 30000 combinations out of 240 subjects offers by CBSE Board. The exam will be conducted in many centers across India. It is a 3-hour exam starting from morning 10:30 up to afternoon 1:30. There are many sites offering CBSE study materials for preparations. According to the CBSE Board, there is a change in the CBSE class 12 practical exam. As per the confirmation from CBSE Board, the practical exam for CBSE class 12 will be conducted from January 16, 2019, to February 15, 2019, except in Allahabad city where the CBSE practical examinations would commence from January 1, 2019. The Board had to change the practical dates due to JEE main 2019 exams dates. The Board has made a lot of changes in the timetable for class 10 and class 12 for 2019.

The primary reason to change the dates in CBSE Board exams is to accommodate JEE main 2019. As JEE main is conducted in two phases, the first phase JEE main is conducted from January 6 to January 20, 2019, by National Testing Agency (NTA). Hence CBSE had to prepone the practical exam.
