GATE Exam 2017 was conducted on February 4, 5, 11 and 12. The answer keys were released on February 27.
The results of Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2017 examination have been declared on its official website by the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee on Monday (March 27).
Candidates can check their results by clicking here and entering their enrolment id. Successful candidates can download the scorecard till May 5, 2017 only. As per the official website, GATE 2017 scorecard download will be enabled shortly.
Steps to Check GATE Result 2017 in Online :
- Go to official Website gate.iitr.ernet.in
- Then find the result link and then click the link http://appsgate.iitr.ac.in/ for Results of GATE 2017 Examinations:
- The link redirects to the result page.
- Give user credentials and login to the page.
- Finally, find the results in that page and then download the results.
Successful candidates can download the scorecard till May 5, 2017 only. As per the official website, GATE 2017 scorecard download will be enabled shortly.
Details of the GATE 2017 Score Card:
The GATE 2017 Score Card will not be delivered to the individuals by any means as the candidates must download the GATE Score Card 2017 form official website.
- The score that is obtained by candidates after it is normalized is the GATE 2017 Score. This is displayed in a tangible form in the GATE 2017 Score Card which is also the official document that needs to be furnished during admissions or PSU recruitment.
- The GATE 2017 score is valid for THREE YEARS from the date of announcement of the GATE 2017 Result.
The GATE Score Card 2017 can be downloaded from March 26, 2017 to May 5, 2017 through GOAPS. - In case any candidate requires a soft copy of his/her GATE Score Card after May 6, 2017 till December 31, 2017, they must apply for the same through GOAPS by paying a fee of Rs 500/-
- Only candidates who have qualified in GATE 2017 can download the Score Card for GATE 2017.
- Candidates are advised to download and save the score card of GATE 2017 as it will be available for a limited period of time.
