NOTIFICATION NO. S.O. 1529(E), DATED 14-9-2006, ISSUED BY MINISTRY
OF COMPANY AFFAIRS

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2006 (23 of 2006), the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th day of September, 2006 as the date on which the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, shall come into force.
