1. LIC ADO Age Criteria

The minimum age requirement for LIC Apprentice Development Officers is 21 years, with a maximum age of 30 years. To be considered for the LIC Apprentice Development Officer position, candidates must be at least 18 years old. Aside from that, there is an upper age limit relaxation.

2. LIC ADO Educational Qualification

The educational qualifications for all three categories (employees, agents, and others) are the same in both rural and urban areas. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline.

Aside from that, candidates with a superior understanding of insurance marketing or a Masters in Business Administration, or a PG Diploma in Marketing from an Indian Council of Technical Education-approved institute will be given preference.

3. LIC ADO Work Experience Criteria

Work experience requirements for LIC Apprentice Development Officers range depending on the category and locale. The table below lists the tasks that a candidate must complete.

Has brought a net First Year Premium Income of not less than 1,00,000/- on 50 lives₹ per year in any 3 of the immediately preceding 4 financial years.
Others	Those candidates will be given preference who have 2 years of experience in the Life Insurance Industry.	Those candidates will be given preference who have 2 years of experience in the Life Insurance Industry.
