LIC ADO Selection Process 2021: Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) is the largest life assurance company in India having 2048 Branches and 109 Divisional Offices. There are three stages to the LIC ADO Selection Procedure:
a. Online Test
b. Interview
c. Medical Test

1. LIC ADO Selection Process: ONLINE TEST
(i) The online test will be objective in nature, with multiple-choice questions, and will last two hours. It will consist of the following two papers:
a. Test of Reasoning and Numerical Ability
b. General Knowledge, Current Affairs, and English Language with Special emphasis on Grammar and Vocabulary.
(ii) To be eligible for the interview, a candidate must pass each paper individually as well as acquire a minimum score in the aggregate of the two papers. The LIC of India will determine the minimum marks required in each paper and in the aggregate.
(iii) After subtracting the scores for incorrect answers, the candidate’s marks in each paper and in the aggregate will be determined.

Phase I (Preliminary Exam) Note: The English Language Test will be of qualifying nature, and the results will not be used to determine to rank. Candidates equivalent to 20 times the number of slots in each category will be shortlisted for the main examination, subject to availability.

2. Interview
Candidates who are successful within the Online test are going to be involved in an Interview. Candidates who don’t obtain the minimum qualifying marks within the Interview shall be disqualified for further selection.
3. Medical Test
Selected candidates are going to be appointed as Apprentice Development Officer subject to him/her being found medically fit by the doctor authorized by LIC for the aim.
