MAT Eligibility Criteria for IBT 2021

- Computer Requirements: A computer system with a webcam for picture capturing.
- Local server or cache proxy for storing test delivery information and candidate results temporarily.
- Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 should be the operating systems.
- Browsers: Microsoft Internet Explorer is preferred.
- Broadband internet connection with a download speed of 4Mbps and an upload speed of 1Mbps. It is preferable to use a separate device for LAN and internet rather than an integrated device.
