NIACL AO Selection Process 2021 includes three phases. These three phases of the exam are:-

NIACL AO Selection Process 2021 | Tier-I
This is the first phase of the NIACL AO Selection Process 2021. It is also known as the Preliminary Exam or Phase-I Exam. This is just the qualifying exam in nature. Also, it is an objective type paper and it is of only 1 hour.
The question paper will appear in both English and Hindi Language, except the English Language section. However, the candidates are required to clear each section separately to get clear in the Sectional cut off.
NIACL AO Selection Process 2021 | Tier-II
The candidates who clear the Tier-I exam now becomes eligible for the Tier-II Exam. This exam is conducted for 250 marks and the total duration of the test is 2 hours 30 minutes. Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum total score or qualifying marks in the main Examination.
NIACL AO Selection Process 2021 | Tier-III
This stage of the NIACL AO Exam is also known as the Interview stage. The candidates who clear the Tier-II Exam only become eligible for this stage of the examination. The weight-age of the online exam and the interview will be 80:20 respectively.
Later after this round, the candidates will be selected based on the marks obtained in the Mains exam and Interview Round.

NIACL AO Selection Process 2021 | Mains
The Mains Exam Pattern includes Objective Type Test and Descriptive Type Test. The duration for the exam is of 2 hours for the objective type paper and then there will be a descriptive type paper of 30 minutes.
