Now that the RRB ALP Exams will soon be over. Railway Recruitment Board has come up with 62907 RRB Group D vacancies to fill up Gateman/Pointsman/Porter/Helper & few other posts in the Railway department across all regions.
RRB Group D exam date 2018 has been announced. As per the Railway’s official notice, RRB Group D exam take place from 17th September 2018. The exam date, exam city, and exam centre location will be released soon. The admit card for Railway Group D recruitment exam will be available to download before 4 days of the exam. Railway has already published RRB Group D application status for all RRB Regions.

Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit 2018 (as on 01.07.2018)
- Minimum Age – 18 years
- Maximum Age – 31 years
Age Relaxation (Revised)
Indian Railway has extended the age relaxation in Upper Age Limit for all categories. For general category, the upper age limit has been fixed at 30 years from 28 years. For OBC category it has been revised to 33 years from 31 years. For the SC & ST category, the age relaxation has been fixed at 35 years from 33.

Educational Qualification
- 10th Pass from Institution recognised by NCVT/SCVT or equivalent or National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT (As per the latest IR notification, ITI has become non-mandatory for Group D recruitment).
- 10th Pass plus National Apprenticeship (NAC) granted by NCVT or 10th Pass from Institution recognised by NCVT/SCVT.
