The candidates who want to apply for RBI Assistant 2021 Exam must be between 20 to 28 years of age.

However, there is an upper age limit relaxation given to the candidates belonging to certain categories.

Ex-servicemen	To the extent of service rendered by them in Armed Forces plus an additional period of 3 years subject to a maximum of 50 years.
Widows/ divorced women/ women judicially separated who are re-married	38 years (Relaxation by 10 years)
Candidates domiciled in the state of Jammu and Kashmir during the period from 1st January 1980 to 31st December 1989	33 years (Relaxation by 10 years)
Candidates having work experience in the Reserve Bank of India	To the extent of a number of years of such experience, subject to a maximum of 3 years.

This test is generally conducted in the official/ local language of the state concerned. Candidates not proficient in the Official/ Local Language shall be disqualified.  
4. Candidate, those are in the final semester/ year of the graduation can also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if called for interview/joining, they will have to produce proof of having passed the Graduation Examination on or before 1st December 2019.
