RITES Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Dynamic candidates who want to become a part of RITES must fulfill the eligibility criteria as required by the company below:

Educational qualifications:

Electrical Engineer BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 2 years of working experience in one or more of Electrical engineering fields such as general
Mechanical Engineer BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) Degree in Mechanical/Production/ Industrial/ Automobile Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in Quality Assurance/production/manufacturing/maintenance & operations.

Candidates from the General / EWS category and candidates from the reserved category applying for unreserved posts must have at least 60% aggregate marks in their minimum qualifying degree, while candidates applying for reserved posts must have at least 50% aggregate marks in their minimum qualifying degree.

Age limits:

All candidates applying for engineering positions must meet the age limit specified by RITES in its official notification. Candidates must be under the age of 30 years to be considered for this position.

RITES Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

All applications received will be screened, and candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to take a written test. Candidates will be called for a personal interview based on their performance in the written test.

The final selection of candidates shall be done based on the following weightage parameters:

  • Experience – 5%
  • Written test – 60%
  • Interview – 35% (Technical proficiency – 25% & Personality communication – 10%)

The candidates will also have the option to choose the interview language i.e. Hindi / English.
