RRB ALP Application Form 2021: Documents Required
Before submitting an online application, candidates should carefully read the instructions provided in the RRB ALP notification.

RRB ALP Application Form 2021: How to Apply online?
The steps to fill the online application form are as follows:
Step 1: Navigate to the official website of your region’s RRB.
Step 2: Select “apply now” from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Enter the required information, such as your father’s name, date of birth, phone number, and so on.
Step 4: Confirm your phone number and email address with an OTP.
Step 5: A registration ID will be issued after verification.
Step 6: Re-enter your Registration ID and password into the website.
Step 7: Fill in the remaining information requested in the required field.
Step 8: Attach a scanned copy of your photo and signature in the required dimensions.
Step 9: Make your payment or upload your payment information.
Step 10: Recheck your application and click the submit button.
Step 11: The application will be disqualified.
RRB ALP Application Form 2021: Application Fee and Payment
Payment Method:
Candidates must pay the fee online using a debit card or Internet Banking.
The examination fee can also be paid offline by depositing it at any SBI branch or computerised Post Office after downloading a pre-printed Challan/Pay-ln-Slip from the official website.
Application fee refund:
Candidates eligible for examination fee refund who paid by SBI Challan or Post Office Challan should provide the details of the beneficiary account in which they would like to receive the refund in the online application, including the beneficiary name, bank name, account number, and IFSC code.
Filling Part II of RRB ALP Application Form
Candidates must enter the following information in Part II of the RRB ALP application form:
Scribe (Only available to qualified PWD candidates):
Provide scribe information, including a passport-sized photograph. It is necessary to provide scribe information. In most cases, changing scribes at the exam site is not permitted. However, in exceptional circumstances, the change may be permitted after properly documenting the reasons and filling in the relevant details, including photographs of the scribe.
Detailed educational qualification:
Provide all relevant qualification information as requested in the RRB ALP application. Furthermore, candidates with a Diploma/Degree must select a trade from a drop-down list in order to appear in the qualifying Part B test of the Second Stage CBT. Fill in any other qualification-related information as well.
English is the default exam language for the first and second stages of CBT. If the candidate wishes to select another language, he or she can do so from the application’s drop-down list of available languages.
RRB ALP Application Modification
Candidates can make changes to their RRB ALP application form after it has been submitted by paying a Rs 250 modification fee (Non-Refundable). This service is only available twice. The steps are as follows:
- Navigate to the RRB ALP and Technician “ONLINE/E-Application” links on their respective websites.
- Find the ‘Modify Application’ link and click on it.
- A login page will appear; enter your registration number and password to log in.
- Pay a Rs 250 modification fee online or offline.
- After making a successful payment, re-enter your Registration Number and Password.
- Continue by modifying the application form as needed and submitting the application.
RRB ALP Invalid Applications/Rejections
The following reasons are given for the rejection of online applications:
- Invalid images
- Multiple applications to various RRBs or to the same RRB
- Any candidate whose name appears on the debarred list of any RRB/RRC
- Any other irregularities that are observed and deemed invalid by the RRB
