Educational qualification
- The candidate must have complete their graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Or an equivalent degree recognized by the Central Government.
- Candidates in their college final year can apply provisionally. They have to fulfil one condition before the interview, i.e., they must carry proof of being graduated on or before 01-07-2021.
- Candidates having Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) Certificate must have the passing date on the certificate on or before 31-08-2021.
- Candidates with CA Certification can also apply for the recruitment exam.

Important points
- Biometric verification: To verify the genuineness of the candidate, the bank may digitally capture the thumb impression of the candidate. For a smooth procedure, candidates are advised not to apply anything on the thumb like Mehendi, ink, chemical, etc.

SBI PO Eligibility Criteria – PWD Candidates
There are a certain set of conditions laid by the SBI for the PWD candidates. Under section 33 of the RWPD Act, for Physically Challenged people, vacancies have been reserved.
Candidates with Hearing disability, Vision disability, and Orthopedically handicapped are eligible to apply for the exam.

SBI PO Eligibility Criteria – Scribe Services
Scribe services are available to those PWD candidates who are 40% physically disabled or more than that. Additional time is offered to such candidates to complete the paper. This service is available to only those candidates who have a disability in writing.
The following conditions are applicable when the scribe service is availed:
- At the time of filling the SBI PO Application form, the requirement of a scribe service must be enclosed.
- Candidates have to arrange the scribe at their own expense.
- At the time of the Online examination, an undertaking must be submitted.
- PWD candidates will be availed with an additional time of 20min/hour of the exam.
