• Several candidates who appeared for the exam of SEBI Grade A: if the candidates applied are more, the cut-offs can be more and there can be more competition.  
• The difficulty level of the Exam: If the paper is difficult, the cut-off might decrease and if the paper is not so difficult the cut-off might be more.  
• Average marks which are scored by the candidates in the examination  
• Availability of the seats for the SEBI Grade A posts

SEBI Grade A Cut Off 2021 Calculation  

To calculate the SEBI Grade A Cut Off 2021 marks, the candidates need to have access to the answer key. The SEBI Grade A Answer Key will be made available after the Examination is conducted. The mark can be estimated using the below-given points:-  

1. The first Examination that will be conducted in the online test  
2. There will be a total of 200 Questions  
3. Each question will carry 1 mark each  
4. 0.25 marks will be deducted for a wrong answer  
5. The second Examination that will be conducted in the Online Examination  
6. Paper-I will have an English descriptive section  
7. There will be a total of 100 Questions in Paper-II  
8. Each question will carry 1 mark each in Paper-II  
9. There will be -0.25 marks for each incorrect answer.
