SEBI Grade A Recruitment 2021 has been started. SEBI which is known as the Securities and Exchange Board of India has issued a detailed notification for the exam. The exam dates have also been announced for the Phase-I, Phase-II, and Phase-III Examination

SEBI Grade A Selection Procedure 2021 is based on 3 major stages:-

  1. The candidates have to acquire the minimum cut-off marks in the Phase-I exam so that they qualify for Phase-II. The candidate has to meet an aggregate of 40% for both papers in Phase-I to qualify. A minimum cut of 30% in individual papers is required.  
  2. Only those candidates who are eligible and qualified for the Phase-I exam can download Phase-II call letters from the website.  
  3. Candidates will be called for the interview only if they qualify for the Phase-III Exam minimum of 30% in Paper-I And 40% in Paper-II along with 40% aggregate is required to qualify for the exam.  
  4. The final merit list is prepared based on the Phase-II exam and the interview marks together.

SEBI Grade A Selection Procedure 2021: Phase-I  

SEBI Phase-I is the entry-level exam. An online exam consisting of multiple-choice questions for 200 marks. This exam is conducted to test the candidate’s knowledge and skills. There are 2 papers consisting of 100 marks each.

SEBI Grade A Selection Procedure 2021: Phase-II  

The candidates who qualify for Phase-I of SEBI Grade A Selection Procedure 2021 will get a chance to attempt the Phase-II Exam. After the declaration of the results of Phase-I, a list of candidate’s names will be released who are eligible for Phase-II.

The exam in this phase will be almost similar to Phase-I. However, the level of Questions will more difficult.

SEBI Grade A Selection Procedure 2021: Interview  

This is called the Phase-III of SEBI Grade A Selection Procedure 2021. The candidates who are shortlisted will be called for this stage. The candidates need to fulfill these conditions for the interview stage:-  

  • They need to clear the Phase-II and Phase-I exams. 
  • They can opt for the interview either in Hindi or in English.  
  • The weight-age of marks obtained in Phase-II will be 85% 
  • The interview marks are given only 15% weight-age.  
  • On fulfilling the criteria of the minimum cut-off marks in each subject, candidates will be shortlisted based on Group Performance.  

SEBI Grade A Selection Procedure 2021: How to Apply  

Here are the steps which a candidate can follow to Apply for SEBI Grade A Recruitment 2021.  

  1.  On the official website of SEBI Grade A www.sebi.gov.in  
  2. Now search and open the link Careers appeared on the Home Tab.  
  3. Now find and open the link of Recruitment Notification named with SEBI RECRUITMENT EXERCISE- RECRUITMENT OF OFFICER GRADE A. These are generally known as Assistant Manager.  
  4. Now Click on Apply Online option.  
  5. After choosing the above option a new window will be open and there you have to select the link named CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION.  
  6. Here, you have to enter some basic details such as Name, Contact Details, and Email-ID.  
  7. After entering the details, click on Submit button.  
  8. After completing the registration process, the system will generate a new provisional Registration Number and Password that will be sent to your registered mobile number and Email-ID.  
  9. Candidates should note these details.  
  10. Now after filling the application form, candidates are advised to verify the details filled in the online application. Because there will no change be possible after clicking the FINAL SUBMIT BUTTON.  
  11. Later the candidates have to validate their details and Save the application form by clicking the VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS and SAVE AND NEXT button. 
  12. Now candidates have to upload a Recent Passport size photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten Declaration as per the format.  
  13. If there is a requirement to modify the details then modify that and click on FINAL SUBMIT.   
  14.  clicking on the submission click on the payment option.  
  15. Now finally click the SUBMIT option.
