SEBI Grade A Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2021

The SEBI Grade A Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2201 will be discussed in this article by Kopykitab. This exam is conducted in the three phases such as:-  

  • Phase-I: it is an online screening test. It consists of two papers for 100 marks each  
  • Phase-II: this section is also an online exam and it also consists of two papers 100 marks each  
  • Phase-III: this is the interview phase of the exam.  

The syllabus in all the phases is quite different from each other and the syllabus for the Mains Exam which is Phase-II is tough. The candidates are required to look over these details for the SEBI Grade A Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2021:-  

  1. They must clear the screening test for the second phase of the Examination.  
  2. The candidates Qualifying in the screening test will give the next phase of the Online Examination.  
  3. Based on these two Phase-I and Phase-II the candidates will be selected for the final phase of the Interview round.

The syllabus for the SEBI Grade A Syllabus and Exam Pattern 2021 is quite different from the other government exams. The exam consists of three phases which are Phase-I, Phase-II, and Interview.

The Candidates can see that the general Stream syllabus for both the phases such as Phase-I and Phase-II is the same. But the other syllabus is different. All the question papers will be available in both Hindi and English except for the test English.

SEBI Grade A Marking Scheme Phase I  

In this section, the candidates will get information about the SEBI Grade A Marking Scheme for Phase-I.  

  • There Shall be a negative marking of 1/4th of the mark assigned to the question for every incorrect answer. 
  • There shall be a cut off of a minimum of 30% for Paper-I  
  • Candidates have to secure separate cud offs in each paper  

SEBI Grade A Marking Scheme Phase II  

The marking scheme for the SEBI Grade A Phase-II exam will be:-  

  • There Shall be a negative marking of 1/4th of the mark assigned to the question for every incorrect answer. 
  • There shall be a cut-off of a minimum of 30% for Paper-I and a cut-off of a minimum of 40% for Paper-II in Phase II.  
  • Candidates have to secure separate cud offs in each paper  

SEBI Grade A Interview 2021  

The Candidates who will clear the Phase-I and Phase-II exam are eligible for Phase-III which is an interview. These Candidates equalling 3 times the number of vacancies shall be shortlisted, in order of merit for interview.

The selection will be made on the marks secured in phase-II and interview for the final selection of the Candidate.
