Or The candidate must have passed the Diploma Examination in Electrical Engineering conducted by any university which is recognized by the government. Or The candidate must have passed 3 years All India Diploma Examination in Electrical Engineering from the university recognized by the government.
Junior Engineer(Trainee) – Electronics/Telecommunication	The candidate must have at least 3 years diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineer from the university which is recognized by the government. Or The candidate must have passed the Diploma Examination in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering conducted by any university which is recognized by the government. Or The candidate must have passed 3 years All India Diploma Examination in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering from the university recognized by the government.
Junior Engineer(Trainee) – Civil	3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering He/She must produce a certificate from the head of an institution from which he/she has passed out or from a gazetted officer stating the candidate can read and write in Hindi (Devnagri script). However, those candidates who have passed high school with Hindi as a subject do not need such a certificate.
